The lecture series "Qualification and research work in the context of adult education digitisation research" takes up an idea developed at the NEDswerk meeting at the section conference in Flensburg 2022. It is envisaged as an online format that will take place on a rotating basis from January to June and October to November - preferably in the afternoon/evening - e.g. via Zoom, and will preferably offer qualifying candidates, members who have already completed their doctorate and/or habilitation, but also other researchers, the opportunity to present and discuss their dissertation, habilitation and other research projects in the context of adult educational digitisation research in the NEDswerk. The time frame of the meetings is one hour, with about 30 minutes available to the speakers for their presentation. The remaining 30 minutes are planned for questions and discussions about the project and beyond.
The lecture series offers a forum that makes the diverse research interests and perspectives of academics in the context of adult education and digitalisation or digitality visible. To this end, we invite colleagues in (preferably) qualification phases and beyond to contact us by e-mail if they are interested in active participation so that we can coordinate the dates. The online appointments will be moderated so that the speakers only have to concentrate on their contribution during preparation. In addition to making research interests and perspectives visible, the format should also contribute to better networking between researchers.
